How to Return
Email returns@snowboardco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item in its original packaging. We'll provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.

What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused items in their original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We provide prepaid return labels for domestic orders. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes. If you'd prefer a different size or model, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange once we receive your original item.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items showing signs of use may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email warranty@snowboardco.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
What about the referral program?
Referral rewards are non-refundable. If you received a discount through the referral program and return the qualifying item, the referral reward may be revoked.
