Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right board size?
Board length depends on your weight, height, riding style, and ability level. Our Size Guide has detailed charts, or you can contact us for a personalized recommendation.
What's the difference between regular and wide boards?
Wide boards (typically marked with a W) have a wider waist width, providing more float in powder and stability for larger-footed riders (US 11+). If you experience toe drag, consider a wide model.
How should ski boots fit?
Ski boots should fit snugly with minimal heel lift. Your toes should just touch the front when standing straight, and pull back slightly when you flex forward. If your feet go numb or have pressure points, the fit is wrong.
What is a flex rating?
Flex indicates stiffness: 1-3 is soft (beginners, park), 4-6 is medium (all-mountain), 7-10 is stiff (freeride, high-speed carving). Softer flex is more forgiving; stiffer flex provides more response.

Boot Fitting

Do you offer professional boot fitting?
Yes! Our certified boot fitters can help you find the right shell, liner, and customization. Available in-store and by appointment. We also offer virtual consultations.
How long does a boot fitting take?
A proper fitting takes 45-90 minutes. We assess your foot shape, range of motion, and riding style before recommending options.
Can I heat-mold my boots at home?
Some liners support home heat molding, but we recommend professional fitting for best results. Improper molding can damage the liner or create worse fit issues.

How long does shipping take?
Standard: 5โ€“7 business days (FREE on orders $50+). Express: 2โ€“3 business days ($14.99). Oversized items (boards 158cm+) may take 1โ€“2 extra days.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused gear in original packaging. Boots that have been fitted but not ridden on the mountain may also qualify. Sale items are final.
How do I start a return?
Email support@snowboardco.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for qualifying orders.
What does the warranty cover?
1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Normal wear and tear, damage from use, or modifications are not covered.

Bindings & Compatibility

How do I know if bindings fit my board?
Check the mounting pattern: 4x4, 4x2, or Burton's Channel system. Our product pages list compatible patterns, and we verify compatibility before shipping.
Can I mix brands for board and bindings?
Generally yes, as long as the mounting pattern matches. Burton Channel boards require Burton-compatible bindings (or a special disc).
Do you mount bindings before shipping?
Yes! Add a note at checkout with your stance width and angles, and we'll mount them for free before shipping.
