All ASPECT snowboards come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
✅ Covered
- Delamination of top sheet or base
- Edge separation from sidewall
- Core structural defects
- Insert failure or pull-out
- Manufacturing defects in bindings
❌ Not Covered
- Impact damage (rocks, rails, collisions)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper storage
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage after use
How to claim
Contact concierge@aspect.snow with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Claims are reviewed within 3 business days.
