Questions riders ask.
How does the 30-day ride guarantee work?
Buy any ASPECT board, ride it for up to 30 days. If it's not the right fit, return it for a full refund or exchange. We want you on the right board — not just any board.
What's the warranty coverage?
All ASPECT boards come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes delamination, edge separation, and core defects. Normal wear and impact damage are not covered — but we can repair those.
How do I choose the right board size?
Board size depends on your weight, boot size, riding style, and preferred terrain. Our fit consultation service walks through all of these to recommend the right length and width. As a starting point: most riders choose a board that reaches between chin and nose height.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 40 countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region. All international orders include duties and taxes at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
Can I demo a board before buying?
We hold demo days at partner resorts throughout the season. Check our events calendar or join the Collective for early access to demo slots. Can't make a demo day? Our 30-day guarantee is effectively a long-term demo.
What's included in the free seasonal tune-up?
ASPECT board owners get one free base grind, edge sharpening, and hot wax per season at any authorized service center. Just bring your board and proof of purchase.
